Ella Rae Sale CONTINUES!!
There is still some Ella Rae yarn and Ellae Rae books in the shop! Kelley has decided to leave it all at 30% off until it is gone! It is going fast, so don’t delay. There are some great Ella Rae books left: patterns for throws and baby blankets, pillows and bags, and sweaters for boys, girls, men and women. Great patterns and ideas for those holiday gift ideas that are (amazingly enough!) not too far around the corner! Oh, and don’t forget projects for yourself!
All About Classes, Spring, and YARN
As March approaches with it’s promise of spring, new life, baby animals, tulips, and all of those things that spring brings, we at Knit Unique are having some expectations of our own! These expectations have names like Louisa Harding, Katia, Debbie Bliss (oh for the colors of soft, soft Angel!), and many more. We have been getting very well acquainted with our UPS man as he visits nearly every day bringing more lovely spring and summer yarns as well as books and patterns! As soon as our BIG SALE ends on February 28th, (Monday next!), we will begin letting these lovelies see the light of day on our shelves. We are very excited for you all to meet and greet them!
Another expectation at Knit Unique is the excitement over getting closer to being able to offer fibers to our spinners who have been oh so patient! (Thank you!) The upstairs is being reorganized to accommodate fleeces, rovings, and spinning accessories as well as class and work space. Again, more lovelies to present to you all very soon!
Last but not least, the March class schedule is available on our website www.knituniquelogan.com. Rita is once again teaching her “2 Socks on 2 Circulars” class as well as the baby sweater. Peggy is continuing with her Saturday schedule for beginning knitters, and Farol is doing Thursday nights for beginning knitters also. And we are so pleased to have beginning crochet on our calendar for March! As usual, Tuesday nights from 6-8 are our knit nights, and Rita’s Knitting SOS is on Tuesdays from 4-6.
Oh, and don’t forget, our BIG SALE ends on Monday the last day of February! We still have select yarns at 25% off as well as ALL OTHER YARN at 20% off! Books, bags, notions, patterns and needles are also on sale until the end of the month.
Thank you so much to all of you for making Knit Unique’s first winter so much fun as we have enjoyed meeting everyone and seeing what fabulous projects you are working on and have finished. We love to see what you have made, keep on bringing in your ‘show and tell’!

The next installment of knitting classes at Knit Unique!
Check out the “classes” tab on our website www.knituniquelogan.com for the upcoming classes we are offering at Knit Unique! We are shifting gears a bit and offering a new variety. A sweater, felted bag, and a pillow are in the works.
We are also working out a schedule for our crochet classes, so stay tuned for updates on that!
Also, a reminder, our knit night is every Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Thank you to all who have been coming and knitting with us!! We still need a name, we have had a few great suggestions, but would like everyone to have the opportunity to suggest a name for our knitting group.
The knitting stork (aka the UPS man!) has been working over time bringing new yarns and notions to Knit Unique! One fabulous new yarn that has landed is a wonderfully soft 100% sugar cane yarn called Ruca from Araucania that is absolutely delightful! We have also received some beautiful new bags and notions. Come in and see our new arrivals!
Remember to keep those needles moving!
